Shipping Charges

For orders over a certain amount, free shipping may be available, ensuring you get the best value on your home furnishings.
Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, standard shipping typically takes between 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of items. For expedited shipping options, please check during the checkout process for estimated delivery times.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, you can initiate a return within 2 - 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start the return process, please contact our customer service team for instructions.
Refunds & Exchange
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please reach out to us, and we will ensure a prompt resolution.
Please Note : If the customer want to exchange the product, first time it will be accepted and if second time happens the same, the charges will be applicable i.e. 200/- only (courier charges).
